We at Elite Power (Pvt.) Ltd have developed its own Quality Control and Assurance System under the guidelines of ISO standards.
For projects we have a clear concept of QAQC which starts preliminarily from the inception of Method Statements, Standard Operating Procedures, Inspection and testing plans (ITPs) etc. with various forms and checklists and ends till the Request for Inspection Reports (RITs/RFIs), punch point list.
Elite Power learns from the past and history, regarding our QA systems, our works does not conventionally conclude just at punch point identification and listing, but these punch points are documented and broadcasted to the method statements/design criteria/ execution criteria etc. as to avoid their enlistment again for the upcoming projects.
