Marketing, Design & Proposal (Experienced & Seasoned Team):

Our marketing, design and proposal engineers are the key players to understand customer requirement and fulfill the same in the shape of technical and commercial documents. All the options are openly discussed with the customer and a cost-effective system is designed as per the IEC standards and good engineering practices.

Mechanical Fabrication (Absolute Accuracy):
Our fabrication works are done by advanced and automated laser cutting machinery. This effects majorly on the final outlook of the cubicle. The aesthetics are majorly improved by reducing all manual cutting flaws and inaccuracies altogether.

Enclosure/ Structure (Extra Durable & Long Lasting):
Our manufactured enclosures are built with 14-gauge MS Sheets, treaded with pure quality chemicals, acids & zinc phosphate, and finally powder coated to give extra mechanical strength and attractive aesthetics to your Substation. For quality control and assurance, we check microns at every coat through our qualified engineers & testing equipment.

Equipment/ Components (Genuine Breakers, Wiring & Busbars):
We select only the licensed and authorized distributors for the procurement of breakers, wiring, busbars and other components to be fitted inside our LV Switchgear. For quality control and assurance, every component is tested by our qualified engineers & testing equipment.

Testing (SAT & FAT):
We invite our customers to join us and spectate while their product is at its final stage of completion, FAT.

In Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) we satisfy our customer by sequentially testing the product through our qualified engineers & testing equipment.

We also provide SAT, as we take responsibility to integrate our product in the customer’s existing facility (on-site). Site Acceptance Test (SAT) is conducted by our installation team during the commissioning and handover stage. Here, all the parameters that were previously complied during FAT are re-verified in the presence of customer and the product is handed over for long time usage.

Warranty & Claims:
We provide our customers with one year back to back standard warranty against all the equipment and performance of the panel. Though the product is manufactured to the perfection, but there are always some external circumstances that may affect any individual component. Our aftersales team always look forward to expediting and close all such customer claims vigilantly.
