Mechanical engineering

Our fabrication shop employs cutting-edge automated laser technology. This guarantees flawless accuracy and a tidy finish. By removing any excess and inaccurate primer cutting, the chamber’s cosmetics are also enhanced.

Quadrangle or Building

The MS steel used to construct our constructed enclosures is 14 gauge. To give them extra mechanical strength and a durable polish, they are treated with purified chemicals, acids, and zinc phosphate. To maintain quality control, we measure microns at each stage of the manufacturing process.

Components of an outfit

In our LV switchgear, we exclusively use original breakers, wire, busbars, and other parts. These come from licensed and certified distributors. Our quality control team tests each component to assure quality assurance.

Testing

We welcome our customers to attend the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), the last phase of our product’s completion. We put the item through a rigorous testing process to make sure it lives up to our high standards. Our installation crew tests the product in the client’s installation as part of our Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) service. By doing so, it is made sure that the product is correctly integrated and that it satisfies the client’s particular needs.

Claims and Warranties

On all of our goods, we provide a basic, once-through, back-to-back warranty. This warranty covers the panel’s setup and functionality. However, certain outside factors could have an impact on specific components. Our after-sales service is always on hand to expedite and promptly handle any claims.
